I work for CCA and am responding with the facts. Unit was installed on 12-20-06 with mfr 2yr parts & 6yr compressor lmt warranty no labor warranty. 11-7-08 first call-CCA tech diagnosed bad coil, per mfr warranty expert he was instructed to try procedure that should fix it-got system working. Unit gave trouble 2 more times: 11-12-08&4-7-09. Repaired according to mfr-working again. CCA did not charge for repairs. 5-12-09 tried one last mfr procedure-didn't work, mfr agrees to replace coil. CCA installed portable cooler while waiting for coil. CCA got mfr to get whole new air handler with 1yr warranty extension. Cost to install new unit and cut access hole was agreed by customer email. After install customer refused to pay. He will not return calls, and without his permission we cannot send Repairman. Customer filed complaint with some professional organizations, who determined that CCA ""has made a reasonable offer to resolve the issues"". more
