Just to set the record straight. Dr. Kurker did not REFUSE to report the abuse to the authorities. The mother asked him to wait so she could get it on video and prove that her child was being abused. She wanted to make sure she had enough proof for a conviction so the abuser would not get away with what they did. There was no video until after she spoke with Dr. Kurker and was told there were signs of abuse. This mother acted quickly and her child is now safe and away from that monster.
