SLOW is not the word for the service, plus I was given the wrong side item. When I pointed it out to the server when he set the dish down in front of him, he left my prime rib there to get cold while he went back to get me another side. When the bill came, I was charged for BOTH sides, even though I didn't want nor eat the first one. When I pointed out the error on the bill, the waitress comes back and tells me they can't ""unswipe"" my credit card and hands me the change for the item. Of course, you can issue a credit on a credit card!! It was obvious the waitress was new, and I cut her some slack because of it, but there is a limit to what a customer should have to tolerate. Nobody checked on her customers.
Pros: Delicious broccoli and rice casserole
Cons: HORRIBLE service--INEPT waitress
