Monday last week - I called for a day or 2 and got a busy signal, so I emailed Customer service to set up service. No reply, no call. Luckily last Friday I saw the driver and asked him what was going on. He put me in touch with his manager Terrance and said I would be taken care of. Terrance said someone would call me within the hour. Not to be impatient, I waited until I got off work on Monday and called Terrance back; left a message of course. Tuesday 4 pm - still no call. I have emailed the corporate office but meanwhile I have to drive my trash elsewhere. I am surprised in this economy one would have to be this adamant to get service set up.
