I've been in this store twice, once I had to wait for about 10-15 minutes, the other time I was helped almost right away. Both times, once I was helped, the transactions went smoothly, so I can't really complain. I'm pretty easy-to-please, though, and don't make any unusual demands on my phone. I'd like to be able to call people and send texts. It was clear by how I talked to the customer service person that they weren't used to such an easy customer. I saw the horrible reviews here so wanted to give my experience. The only horrible problems I've had have been my fault (losing my phone, dropping it in water, etc.).
