Horrible treatment by management, and the ONLY time anyone calls or notifies me, it's to let me know I'm wrong about something, and if you're persistent in complaining, they will sick lawyers on you. The one thing they WON'T do is address your complaints. Once you've signed the lease, you pay rent. They won't rectify anything. And you'll get to the point of frustration with them that you won't even WANT them to bother. I think it's a plan they have.
The buildings and everything in them are Ikea quality. Everything is shabby, and the upstairs people sound like they're walking through MY living room, and I expect them to fall through the ceiling at any time.
They are not to be trusted with anything, and from what I'm told, I will not get any of my deposit, no matter how clean the apartment is.
The only reason I've given it any stars is because I can't post without it, and I can't give it half a star.
Pros: Your lease can't go on forever.
Cons: Won't let you out of lease, and they will not fix problems.
