I have been happy with East Coast since I started taking my dog there. The owner is very personnable and seems to really enjoy her job and the dogs, which makes me feel good about leaving my pet with her. My dog has never shown any nervousness in going. I am always happy with the results. I also like it that they are partners with K9 Essentials, where my dog stays for boarding. If I leave my dog for the weekend, I can request a bath at East Coast, and can sometimes even pick her up at the groomer's instead of the kennel, which is convienient.
Pros: My dog likes going and I'm happy with the results.
Cons: I don't know how their prices compare to other groomers.
