We had a door purchased back in 2007. Shortly after the door was installed the door panels begin to split. We have been in contact with Kolbe & Kolbe since April 2008 to resolve the problem. After a few email exchanges it was agreed that the Service Manager for our area would come out and inspect the door. The Service Manager did come out to our house at the beginning of June; examined the door and took pictures of the door. He agreed at the time there was a problem with the door and there should be no issues with getting a replacement. Cons: Do not support their product more
