I was at Jerzey Boyz Car Wash on August 19, 2009 and I am still upset! After my car got out of the wash, while I was sitting in the waiting area, I could still see something smeared on the back. I figured the guy would get it while he was drying it. Nope. When they were finished I went to my car, got a tissue and cleaned it myself. When I got into my car the seat back had been changed and was jammed. It took me 5 minutes to get it unjammed just so I could drive out of the place. While I was slowing for a stop sign on a hill the stuffed animal I keep on the steering column slides off the dash. Lo and behold my dash is cracked! Big time cracked!! I drove straight back to Jerzy Boy'z and told them I was not happy and mostly because they tried to hide the damage. Of course I was told that it was cracked when I drove in there. I have had my car since it was brand new. I think I would know if the dash was cracked all the way across. It is not something you could miss. They told me my car is over 5 years old and the plastic was not conditioned correctly. The owner told my insurance company that I admitted to his manager that it was cracked before I got there. If I had done that I wouldn't have sent him an email nor would I have contacted my insurance company. The owner also told them he is always going to small claims court. Now you know why! Want a tip? Find a different car wash!
