Second time I took my car for repairs. Yes, I know, I should have learned the first time the estimate was low, but it wasn't a huge difference and they seemed to be hard-working people. However, Upon the second visit, the estimate for BOTH time and money were WAY OFF. I was over-charged for labor by $370.00, that's quite a miss, and the explanation was it just took longer ! Duh , it took them almost three weeks instead of the initial one week estimate.
In short, the entire experience has been handled poorly, un-professional attitudes, and obviously poor diagnostical ability.
Never again for this kid.
