Spoke with owner, created a detailed list, she promised everything. 2 women came, didn't bring a vacuum, nor paper towels. They informed my 88 year old aunt, that they did not move furniture, climb on ladders, nor do any scrubbing, also they did not use furniture polish. one women told her she was to short to clean light fixtures. 2 hours later at a cost of 128.00, they were dismissed. call to the owner. with no return phone call. they not only took advantage of my 88 year old aunt, they border on fraud...
