The staff at the Catonsville store are nice until you have to return an item. An ignorant attitude, because they ruin the chance of building a good relationship, and encournaging customers to come back. They charge you a 25% handling fee for returns, and then they want you to pay for the shipping to return the product back to their supplier. I have no intention of going back to that moldy store. more
