My fiance and I shopped around to a few of the big name jewelers and were unimpressed. We are both so glad that we happened to find our way into Joseph Jewelry! After our first conversation with them, we didn't want to work with anyone else. I ran home and read their great citysearch reviews, and knew they were our jeweler. Their store is smaller, which we loved because when you walk in, their focus is on you and what they can do for only you. The whole experience is very relaxed. There is no pressure to decide quickly...they make you feel that they have all the time in the world for you. Our first time in, another customer came in with his dad. He apologized but said he wanted to start completely over on his engagement ring design. Their answer was, ""No problem. What did you have in mind?"" They work with you until you're sure of your design and the result is perfect! We've had so many compliments and recommend them all the time. We'll definitely use them in the future.
