The service dept and managers here are bad for the car industry. They changed my oil and now it is going to cost me 500.00 for an oil pan. They rely on the tech. word when he did not even clean my battery cables. They stripped my oil plug on the pan and put a wing nut on it and wanted me to sign a wavier... Well guess what I did not sign it and am going forward with the legal side of this matter. I would suggest going to wal mart over this dealer..!!!!!!!!!!!!
