Dr Jonathon Cook performed Mohs surgery for skin cancer on my face. The place is nice, the people were friendly. But he failed to prescribe recommended prophylactic antibiotics (I am diabetic) and my incision became terribly infected. When I called to ask for antibiotics and assistance, all I got was RUDE treatment that refused to assist me. I still have the infection and have had to go elsewhere for treatment because of their rudeness and lack of assistance.
Pros: it was fast
Cons: arrogant, non-responsive, failed to follow guidelines
