i remember lombardi's when it was small and quaint. now it's huge. the waitresses wear madonna-like microphones, and while escorting you to your table repeat a thousand times ""watch your step!"" because they expanded into an adjoining building and the floors don't align from the new area to the original area.
the food took a long time to come out. our clam pizza still tasted good but it was lukewarm - not hot.
all of the waitresses had light brown hair and all looked like they came from ireland, nothing italian about that!
when it's time to leave, they start screaming again ""this way out!"", treating you like a baby. guess they don't want to say watch your step again, so they found a shortcut outta dere.
