I was iniitially contacted by Dr. Nevins' appointment service. A young lady mumbled her way through the call. I had to make her repeat what she was saying three or four times. I considered her attitude to be rude and unprofessional. I have never spoken to Dr. Nevins, but I feel an appointment service's attitude and demeanor reflects the doctor's attitude about the doctor's patients. I must say I was very disappointed.
