I have a contract with these people and it expired months ago but they kept billing me. On close review of the contract, the section allowing them to auto-renew on a monthly basis was not selected and yet they auto-renewed anyways. The club ownership doesn't care as they won't even give me the time of day. They let their business be run by some billing company which continued to bill me and refuses to refund me for the unlawfully acquired monthly fees post-expiration. Attempts to resolve with the club management falls on deaf ears.
Pros: They used to have a good massage therapist
Cons: They don't honor contract terms
