I have been to 3 different facilities in the area over the past few years. At Sierra Canyon I actually felt like I was a person and not just a body passing through or that I was working with a trainer. I was never just given an exercise and then left alone to complete it the way I had been in the past. I received one on one attention in a relaxed, caring atmosphere. I never felt that anyone was watching the clock and just putting in time with me. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I have watched them work with patients of all ages and degrees of problems and they have demonstrated the same caring and patience for all. I have truly appreciated their humor and their encouragement. Colleen has never been too busy to give me that ""something extra"" to speed my recovery. I love them all.
