I bought a new Dell Hybrid at this Staples. It was broken, the media card reader did not work. I took it back within the return policy dates. The manager working at 8am that morning was very rude. he told me he did not have enough money to refund my purchase. Not sure of his name but he is really tall and has gray hair. The cashier was great, I can't remember her name either but thank you so much. Tony Sofora, a manager during the afternoon that day was awesome. He did everything in his power to make me happy, he and the same cashier. I love this staples and always go there.
