Hard Target Martial Arts has been more than a hobby for our son over the last two years. It?s a community that has encouraged his self-confidence, core strength and coordination. He has learned from awesome role models about mutual respect, perseverance and sportsmanship. In addition to self-defense techniques, he has learned wrestling and boxing skills. He has fun competing in tournaments with his peers where he has learned to win AND lose well and how to encourage his classmates. He receives a medal for having the courage to compete and, on some occasions, he brings home a trophy. What a great opportunity to learn about the ups and downs of life and develop many life skills! Hard Target is truly an amazing place!
