The staff are rude and their tone, especially when speaking with the grieving, is abominable. I asked to speak to the manager when my interaction with a second person was also unsatisfactory, and it turns out this person was the manager! Unless you have a specific reason to use this location, don't put yourself or your loved ones through the ordeal of interacting with these people.
