Here is a concept this company dose not know how to use or won?t because they are money hungry.
They have done nothing but blame the client for all the problems. ?Not carrying their cell phone on their wedding day when the AC did not work and then said the wedding party had to many clothes on and that is why they were hot:? Has the company ever thought answering the many e-mails and phone calls and saying ? I sorry you had a problem.? No they are so money hungry they believe it is easier to blame the client..
At least the employees that posted good reviews on this line got good service and were not blamed for the problems with the SO CALL NEW LIMO.'
Funny how there were no reviews before my comments about the bad service from this company.
Don't ever forget your cell phone when you deal with this company. BECAUSE when the problems start It will be your fault if you don't call them. Oh and if it is your wedding day use a different company. BRIDES and her party are expected to carry your cell phone as they know there will be a problem
The AC dose not work in their cars and yes it is hot but, the company said will it is hot and the bridal party is over dressed SEE more ways to put blame on me and not take responsibility for poor service .Well don't you think that if an AC worked right it should not matter how you are dressed.
Pros: Promises that sound good on the phone
Cons: Lie after the fact and Tough Sh-- after we get you money
