after I moved I got a letter in the mail with $269 in damages. I had documented the problems with the carpet when I moved in so they eventually (slowly) removed part of the charges. They threatened to send it to collection agency. Refused to discuss it with me, would just take a message every time I called. Promised to email me pictures of the ""damage"" but never did. I paid $159 finally to be done with it and avoid having to fight something in collections.
Please stay away from this place!
