I got shuffled to three different counters for help, waiting about 15 minutes before anyone said ""you need something?"" Then proceeded to tell me sorry but I was busy so ""What do you want?"" At that point, I left and will NEVER go to Kinkos for anything..... try Office Depot. Great service and pleasant staff.
