I agree with ever line of the review for Jan. 2009....I should have listened to my gut when he had such a hard time getting in here. The deal was to good to be true and well...it was to good to be true. The rent was so affordable we dropped alot of money to get out of our previous appartment and get into a much bigger (and we thought better) place....WELL since then we have been plauged with a leaky roof, major soft spots in the floors, and pest infestations since we got here in Feb. 2009. I have gotten better service from the grocery bagger with down sydrome at marsh down the road! They dont care about you once your are signed on your lease...this is crazy!! Not only that but is says theres a Chomo living 2 TRAILERS AWAY!! i have young children! WTH?!?! Dont be fooled by that affordable rent, you pay for it in the end. I suppose the only thing that's been nice is that our property hasnt been messed with, but i am pretty sure its because of our 120 pound dog that we DO NOT keep on a leash!
