This vendor was referred to us through our home warranty. Maybe it was because we are home warranty customers, but I feel he did not have great customer service skills. I found him to be brash and just not what I'm used to being in Texas. He just reminded of how people in NYC talk. (No offense to NY-ers.) I was asking him a question and I didn't hear the name of the part so I asked him, ""Huh, what?"" He said,""Well, if you want me to explain, you have to listen!"" So, just a heads up, if you have to use this company through your home warranty, get some tough skin! And, I just remembered, he ripped off the sticker of the previous company that had worked on our garage door!
Pros: got the job done, came within stated hours
