I went today to have my vehicle serviced after countless services at another Ford dealer in town. This was by far THE BEST trip I've taken to a dealer in quite sometime. All of the workers were completely polite and very informative. This trip was only for an oil change, but I was informed of the checkups done during my vehicle inspection after the oil change and I am very happy that these individuals were so kind in telling me what needs to be done next on my truck. I don't quite know what all needs to be done on a vehicle (i.e. transmission fluid flushing, brakes changed, etc) so it was nice to know that the service department took the time to explain to me what's next besides my next oil change! I will highly recommend this service department to anyone with a Ford that I know of or come across. This was one of the best experiences at a dealership in a long time!
