I had a coupon for a 29.95 (or so) smog check (+fees) which came out to $40. When I handed them my visa(after the smog check was complete) he said cash or check only when using a coupon. I asked if that was on the coupon, he said no but if he ran a card it would charge him a whole whopping $2 fee. So I said I wasn't going to go to a bank, be charged a fee just to give him cash. Luckily there was a BofA only a few blocks away so I drive to the bank, got cash and drove back(heaven forbid he take a $2 cut...no he would rather inconvenience his customers...). Before I left for the bank the owner was yelling at his employee using foul language etc. So when I dropped off the cash I said that was inappropriate and his response was less than satisfactory - he was very rude, he said since it was his cousin and the boy had been making mistakes all week it somehow justified his screaming in front of customers. I said I would never go to a business where the owner treated their employees that way. He had a horrible attitude, poor customer service and I would not recommend this place to anyone
