I am taking a MMA class they offer on Tuesday and Thursdays from 8pm to 9:30pm. It is really great. The first 30 min is conditioning, it is hard but a great workout! The rest of the time you are split into groups learning different types of martial arts. It is not only great training it's a great workout! The first week is free so come and try it, you'll love it!
