surgeon took out prosthetic tooth I asked him to leave in and told them not to give me too much anesthesia as it makes me very sick. So he did all I asked him not to do. I was very sick for days. Now I am missing 2 teeth in front and I am very embarrassed about my smile. The surgeon felt bad about it and said he would make me a flipper AT NO COST TO ME (not the same as the permanent teeth which is what I had). When I went for the flipper appointment I found they had tried to charge my old ins. (my husband was layd off so we had none). When the ins. company turned them down they tried to get money from me in the office. When I explained to them what the surgeon had said they took a long time them came back and let me have the appointment. After leaving, I got a statement from our old insurance because they tried to charge us again after leaving. When I came back for the follow up appointment we went through the same baby game again of demanding money and charging my old ins. company. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. The doctor who put in the flipper tried to make me feel bad for getting free work. It was an 8 hour round trip. Trust me, it didn't feel free.
Pros: The surgeon has a heart
Cons: tooooo many mistakes
