It feels good to know that my things are insured, but it feels even better knowing that the people handling my policy really care about me. The ladies here will go above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the most for my money. They went out of their way to get me a discount for having sprinklers in my apartment--I didn't even ask for that! Not to mention the little things, like calling to wish me a happy birthday.
