What a disaster! The movers showed up three hours late in a Budget rental truck. Three very young students from Russia who were completely unprepared and inexperienced. They also did not know the word Fragile in English. I now have three boxes of broken crystal and china, completely shattered. When I called the manager to complain that they were so late, he started screaming at me. He asked me to give the phone to one of the students and he told them to stop my move! Their style is to threaten, yell, and basically break everything you own. The move cost twice the quoted amount as these kids did not know how to pack and you pay by the hour. I have moved many times, and I have never in my life seen such an unprofessional, discourteous organization. I strongly recommend never to use this company.
