I have had a terrible experience with mycrickets/Lotz of Shoes. I ordered a pair of shoes through their website. The website did not show an additional shipping charge when I checked out on the order total. Also, there was no shipping charge shown on the invoice that was e-mailed to me. I ended up calling them because I had no communication from them for 4 days! They told me that my order had just shown up that day! (Oddly enough...) I called another 3 days later to ask if there was a tracking number. Nobody returned my call to give it to me. The item came the next day. The box was a little beaten up. INside there was a receipt that said there was a shipping charge of $13 dollars in addition to the price of the item that they charged to my credit card. I e-mailed to tell them this was not right of them to do and included a copy of the invoice they sent to me which showed $0.00 for shipping. She replied and said that her site was being worked on and that she didn't know why shipping was not showing up. She then told me that I knew there was a charge and that they called to tell me that. She essentially called me a liar and would not refund the money. I was so confident that she would do the right thing and refund the $13 dollars that I had been wearing them already. If I hadn't, I would have returned them. This store does NOT believe in the motto that the customer is always right. They were dishonest, lacked communication, and pretty much called me a liar. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
