DLB had my laptop for 5 months, only needed a new keyboard. After waiting all this time, I picked the laptop up after not being able to contact anyone for 3 days. Power cord was missing, I had to locate it in the store myslef, got laptop home and memory had been removed from unit. I tried calling, no answer and answering machine disabled. My experience is one of extremely poor service, promises month after month unkept. "I now have a laptop that I cannot use and cannot get hold of owner on phone or in person.
