Prices at this place aren't lcheap but at least don't give people days-old cake as if we are stupid enough not to taste it. Having parents who are in the french bakery business in Florida for 15 years, we know what good pastries are and what they have here just not cutting it
I guess what the owner means by adding the "Korean touch" is by allowing those pastries to age. If you can't sell it in a timely manner, dump it instead of keep it on display. Woud you eat sponge cake and whipped cream that has been left there for days? That's not the way to run an upscale bakery.
Pros: WiFi
Cons: the food itself
