Rod showed up on time and was very polite. He found the problem with my a/c right away and explained what he was going to do to fix it. He took the time to get the air coming out as cold as my old unit would allow. It was cold. I was told by another company I needed a new unit. He fixed it and I might make it a few more years with this old a/c.
