So I wanted to look for a great birthday idea. After checking out Sabai's website, I thought it seemed like an excellent idea to try them out after reading a few reviews before possibly buying a gift certificate.
After walking up a flight of unstable stairs on my first visit there (when I needed a massage the most) I came upon a locked door that indicated the next appointment was at 2pm Saturday. I went on a Friday at 2pm (???). I knocked, looked around for help, checked the hours of business (which were correct), even tried opening the door, waited for almost 30 minutes before I finally gave up and left. The sign said something about if the door was locked, there might be a session happening, etc etc. But guess what, there was NO ONE there through the glass window view that I could see at all. Where the front desk is located is beyond me, all I know is I shouldn't be waiting in front of a locked door.
Seriously, if they are a relatively new business, how can they do this to new customers? I'm sure they offer great massage services, but how am I going to know if I'm greeted by a locked door during business hours.
Pros: awesome website...????
Cons: poor stairs, no service
