I paid $250 to Costco to have my LCD TV installed. They were supposed to arrive between 12 and 5 pm today. At 5, they hadn't arrived and I called - was told 8 pm! At 9pm, I called to ask where they were and the offices of the local installer were CLOSED!
In summary, they did not even show up and did not have the courtesy to call me to let me know. I wasted an entire day off work waiting for NOTHING.
Yes, they were a contractor, but COSTCO hired them, and Costco is only as reputable as the people it hires to do the work I paid Costco for!
Cons: NO service, even worse than bad service!
