Hey all, I signed up here for over a year and was in for a rude shock when I moved and had to cancel. The problem is that the membership is managed through National Fitness Financial. I sent in my membership and letter stating that I need to cancel my membership. I had no response and when I inquired they informed me that they received a blank envelope. I did some research and there were many complaints about how they say they never recieve anything you mail them. Also the financial company is not accredited by the better business B and has a D for the rating. The actual gym quality doesn't matter if you'll end up getting signed on to a horrible financial company with no morals. I still have gotten my account closed after moving out of state with no gym and it has been 6 months. I hope this saves some people from my experience.
