I was very unimpressed and quite traumatized by the treatment that both my family and my beloved cat received from this hospital. The front desk was disrespectful to me when it was an emergency situation with my sweet baby. They were told A HEAD of time that we were on our way, and that we needed immediate help, but when we got there the staff was clueless, and they mistreated my cat. They gave the wrong I.V. and it was way too big for a frail, 3 1/2 pound cat who needed to be treated gently. My cat died that day, and I believe it is because of the incompetence of Dr. Gross and the horrible staff [especially some of the vet techs] along with the clueless front desk. The place was NOT clean, and it was crazy to deal with. Stay away from this terrible, wrongful practice who have no problem with using brutality.
