I usually have Goettl come in the spring to service my heat pump.? The service man surprised me by saying it had been up there for thirteen years, while I thought it was only about seven.? It has proved very faithful.? While the gentleman was here, I asked him to change the thermostat.? After he left, I found the thermostat very complicated, not being familiar with the digital age.? So after a few weeks I called them with the problem and they came back and put on a new one.? He happened to be in the area so I got service within one hour.? He was courteous and helped walk me through how to use it, and I found it quite simple.? My experience with Goettl has been very good overall, and I plan on continuing to use them in the future.?????
