i called to get help in planning a project, building a yard shed. it took a long time waiting on the phone and getting to the correct person.\r

the employees were cluless. not able to use the modeling program and no help. i had used home depot about 3 years ago to build a deck and it worked out great from the plan to delivery and help in construction.\r

i guess they dont do this often. \r

oh well i guess i will just have to buy one made.
