I was traveling from yosemite to los angeles and along the way I got rear-ended. In any case, I needed a rental fast to get back home. So called Hertz and spoke to both James and Kristal- what a customer service nightmare. They never returned calls and after calling them back 15 times- they placed me on hold. Needless to stay I had enough. Now my insurance company and attorney have to deal with them.
Shame on James and Kristal for making this difficult situation even more frustrating.
