My last two visits here were two completely different experiences. One time, my toner cartridges rang up about $5 more at the register and I was asked to "grab the price tag on the shelf" by the older lady cashier. She seemed perturbed that I contested the price, but $5 is $5 and it was worth a trip back to the toner department. :)
The last time I was there, a young male employee was more than helpful when I asked questions and seemed genuinely pleased to be working there.
1 star for her, 5 stars for him = 3 stars.
