I had terrible experience with a best buy store manager and a person from the geek quad in Portage, MI. I bought a desktop computer in February and less than five month later, the hard drive went bad. The told me it would take a week to figure out what was wrong and almost a month to fix it. The manager even said, "We don't make it. Dell makes it and we just sell it." Then he said, "There's no guarantee (the the computer will work), that why you buy the warranty." I am afraid to go back to the store or buy anything else, but after spending over $600, I need a working computer.
