I called the day after I took a test there and Paul who answered the phone was incredibly rude to me. I wanted to thank the lady who had helped me the day before when I took my test but he just kept saying I can't give you any information. I tried to explain to him I was not asking for information about her but just wanted to thank her and talk to her. He said I can't give you her name. I said I am not asking you for her name and then he hung up on me. So I never even had a chance to ask if my scores would be sent to the right place. When I called back I told him not to hang up on me and that he was rude and that I wasn't asking for information but just wanted to talk to her. He said, ""well why didn't you tell me that!"" Then he told me I wasn't listening! \r \r Terrible phone manners!!!! On top of that I tried to call Sylvan to find out who the owner or manager was and that guy, AD, I think was his name, said, "" I don't know why your telling me all this.
