My cat suddenly was dragging his back legs. I immediately took him to All Pets. Dr. Sam seemed unsure of what was going on....thought it was neurological & gave me some pills to give my cat. Went home, my son did some internet research and found the matching symptoms to be heart related....Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. We took our cat to Animerge but sadly he died the next morning. Could our cat have been saved? Probably not. But if this had been a treatable condition, would Dr. Sam have made the correct diagnosis? Our cat's symptoms were easily found on the internet & were NOT neurological!!! I also agree with others that he doesn't pay the right amount of attention to your pet. During previous visits for routine check-ups, several times he had the vet tech fill in for him when he went to talk to workers doing remodeling of his clinic. He does have some high tech equipment. But......how many vets have large signs outside their building advertising that they do ultrasound???
