I initially called on June 12, 2009 to make reservations for my 2 dogs for the 4th of July week and since I had boarded 1 of my dogs previously with no issues I did not call to confirm. Unfortunately when I got their on July 3rd the associate said he didn't show any reservation. You can imagine my horror knowing I had to make a flight within hours! This young kid named Jordan Martinez showed no apologies for their mistake and said he could get my dogs into a suite at 36.00 a day + He was unsympathetic and gave the WORST customer service I have ever received. Fortunately someone had just cancelled so they were able to accommodate my dogs however he sarcastically said that I was lucky because otherwise they could not have helped me. I also gave special instructions for medication and feeding (which of course I was charged extra).
