They gave us a quote, wanted a credit card number to "save" the price promised. \r
Immediately charged the card, ordered the windows, received them, then called to set up the installation.. \r
What a joke. These liars got a tiger by the tail, and decided to refund the credit card the full amount, rather than to go to court, or behind the outhouse. \r

The manager met me and the wife at Bob Evans in Concord, lied for a few moments, saw I wasn't moved, agreed to refund the credit card in full. This lying bunch of crooks are supported by their NY Manager, but he did the right thing out of fear, not moral obligation. \r

Use MR. Rogers Windows, who sells Anderson Windows, which are real windows, not the poor quality of Champion. \r
